Can I get a refund?

Yes, based on the following duration and commitment of resources to set up and provide a course. Please note the commencement date is the start of online theory, if relevant.


  • More than 10 days prior to the commencement date: 100% refund of fees paid

  • Less than 10 days prior but not within 48 hours of the commencement date: 75% refund of fees paid

  • Within 48 hours of the commencement date OR the Learner does not attend the course: there is no refund and full fees apply.

  • Once the course has commenced, which includes starting the online theory: there is no refund and full fees apply.
