How do I download my certificates?

Training Managers

1. Log in to MySupport
2. From your Dashboard, click on Previously Trained to bring up a list of students and their progress
3. Students who have completed and been issued a certificate will have a certificate icon located under the Status column
4. Click on the certificate icon to view or download their certificate.

It's also possible to search for individual students. Click on My Students to start the search.
 

Students

1. Log in to MySupport
2. In the left Menu bar, click on Documents
3. Click on Certificates 
4. Click on View
5. Click on Download your certificate here.
