How do I get a refund?

You will be required to give written notice by email to cancel your enrolment by contacting Client Support at admin@medecslearning.com or (03) 6272 1843. If approved, the refund payment will be paid via electronic funds transfer using the authorised bank account or credit card nominated by you. This payment will be made within 14 days of the date of your written notice to cancel your enrolment.
