What training and competency verification do disability support workers need for high-intensity supports?

Workers providing high-intensity disability supports need training relevant to the participant’s individual needs and the applicable NDIS High Intensity Support Skills Descriptor. Depending on the support, practical competency verification may also be required to demonstrate safe capability.

Does completing disability support worker training prove competency?
